Our support team (currently managed directly by the Academy) responds during regular business hours, Philippine Standard Time (PST/GMT+8). While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, support is not provided on a 24/7 basis.

3. Response Time

We aim to acknowledge most inquiries within 2 business days. Complex requests may require additional time. Our goal is to provide accurate and helpful responses rather than automated replies.

5. What Support Does Not Include

Our support service does not include:

  • Personal Spanish tutoring outside the course.
  • Translation of personal documents.
  • Homework completed on behalf of students.
  • Job placement services.
  • Immigration, legal, financial, or employment advice.
  • Private coaching unless specifically offered as a separate service.
