Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At Spanish for BPO Academy™, we encourage every prospective student to carefully review the course description, curriculum, free resources, and Frequently Asked Questions before enrolling. We believe informed students make confident decisions. Because our courses are digital educational products that provide immediate access to proprietary content, refunds are only granted under the limited circumstances described below.

Our goal is always to help students succeed. Whenever possible, we will work with you to resolve any issue before considering a refund.

1. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • A technical error resulted in payment without course access, and we are unable to restore your access within a reasonable period.
  • A billing error occurred due to our mistake.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted because:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You no longer have time to study.
  • You expected a different learning pace.
  • You did not complete the course.
  • You did not achieve a desired language level.
  • You found another course.
  • You purchased the course by mistake after receiving immediate access.
  • You disagree with the teaching methodology after accessing the course.

3. Course Access

Because access to digital course materials is provided immediately after enrollment, the service is considered delivered once access has been successfully activated. For this reason, refunds are generally not available after access has been activated.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems, please contact us first. Our priority is always to resolve access issues before considering any refund request.

5. Refund Requests

Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. Requests should include:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Purchase Date
  • Description of the issue

We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay or affect the resolution of your request. We encourage students to contact us first so we can help resolve any issue quickly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the update is published.
