Course access is granted upon successful payment through our accepted payment methods, including PayPal and GCash, or other payment methods that may be introduced in the future. Payments are securely processed through these third-party providers; we do not store complete payment card information. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect enrollments already completed.
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course content without our prior written permission.
All content, including course materials, videos, PDFs, mock calls, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, "The Spanish for BPO Method™," and our branding, is the property of Spanish for BPO Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to our systems, sharing your account credentials with others, interfering with the platform, or using course content for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.
Our Services rely on third-party platforms, including our course delivery provider (Systeme.io) and payment processors (PayPal, GCash). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spanish for BPO Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
